Telephone calls are accepted 9:00 am – 10:00pm, 7 days/week)

**CANCELLATION POLICY**
24 hours

**COST**
Monthly payments are due in full the first class of the month.
Private lesson: $65/1 hour
Group lesson (up to 5 students): $35/1 hour
Skype lessons: $25/30 minutes for private lessons
Translation Service: 10 cents/word 

**CLASS LOCATION**
Areas Served:  SF Bay Area

**MISSED LESSONS**
Make-up lessons are for private classes only (with 24-hour cancellation notice).
Missed group lessons (with 24-hour cancellation notice) will be credited toward next month’s payment.
No refunds for missed private/group lessons without 24-hour cancellation notice.
SV Tutoring does not prorate monthly fees.

Package A: Purchase 8 classes and you will receive 5% off of total value!
Private 60 minutes: $494 (original value $520), Group 60 minutes: $266 (original value $280)
 
Package B: Purchase 12 classes and you will receive 10% off of total value!
Private 60 minutes: $702 (original value $780), Group 60 minutes: $378 (original value $420)
